Washington, DC, June 18, 2021 - аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê has been named a by the Washington Post. The Top Workplaces were announced on June 17, 2021, at a virtual event.

According to the Washington Post , "аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê is among numerous organizations and firms that were transformed, in ways small and large, by the worst year anyone can remember."
A quick transition to remote work during the pandemic, flexible working hours and health days, combined with forward-thinking leadership are among the reasons аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê was featured, according to the .
"When do we get back to normal? The answer is never," Guerrier said during his with the Washington Post. "We're coming back with a spirit of creativity and flexibility," he added. "We're going to continue to examine ourselves and continue to change our norms."
As noted in the article, аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê's new normal "will consist of not only the diversity programs but also mental health policies giving the 80 employees extra time off, designated meeting-free days, and the option to work remotely or in the office."
